Booking takes a few minutes and you'll always see who is consulting you before the call.
- Go to iscript.co.za/book and choose the service that fits: General Consultation, Chronic Disease, Weight Management, Women's Health, Men's Health, Mental Health, Sexual Health & HIV, or Skin & Hair.
- Complete the short health assessment (about five minutes). It helps the practitioner prepare and there is no charge for the assessment itself.
- Create your account or sign in at app.iscript.co.za.
- Choose a time and how you'd like to consult: video, voice or chat.
- Pay by card, or enter your medical aid details for an eligibility check (see Using your medical aid).
- Before the consultation starts you'll see the practitioner's name, photo and HPCSA registration number, and, where applicable, the name and HPCSA number of their supervising doctor.
The fee for your chosen service is shown clearly before you pay. Consultations are available every day, including outside our support hours.
Tip: if you get stuck on a step, open the chat bubble and tell us which screen you're on. We'll walk you through it.
