iScript Health collects, processes and stores your personal and health information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), solely to provide healthcare services. It is never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy and POPIA notice.
Your rights include asking what personal information we hold about you, asking us to correct it, asking us to delete it where the law allows, and objecting to certain processing.
How to make a request: email support@iscript.co.za with the subject "POPIA request", or use the chat. Your request goes to our Information Officer. We'll first verify your identity against the details on your account, then respond within the period POPIA requires.
Note on health records: clinical records must be kept for the periods required by HPCSA rules, so some information cannot be deleted on request; we'll explain what applies to you.
Data in support chats: please don't share more than we ask for. We never need your full card number or your full medical aid card in a chat.
