We take complaints seriously and would rather hear about a problem than not.
How to complain: use the chat, email support@iscript.co.za with the subject "Complaint", or write to the practice at 10 Kruin Street, Klopperpark, Germiston, 1406.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint in writing within one business day and give you a reference.
- It is escalated to practice management (and, for clinical matters, reviewed under our clinical governance process).
- You receive a written response as quickly as we responsibly can, and we tell you if more time is needed.
If you remain dissatisfied about the professional conduct of a practitioner, you may contact the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Compliments and suggestions are welcome through the same channels; we share them with the team.
