Our Provider Support team handles onboarding, verification, platform questions, availability, revenue-share statements
and payout queries.
How to reach us
- Chat bubble on iscript.co.za (choose "Provider" in the form) or inside the app.
- Email support@iscript.co.za.
Include in your message so we can resolve it in one go: your HPCSA number, the consultation or statement reference, what
you expected versus what happened, and a screenshot if it's a platform issue.
Response targets: first reply within one business hour during support hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, Sat 09:00–13:00 SAST);
payout reconciliations within two business days.
Clinical governance matters (supervision, red-flag escalation, scope questions) go to your supervising or on-call doctor
through the platform, not to support.
